Our fees for service are set according to the scope and difficulty of
recruiting projects. Most often fees are structured as follows:
approach is recommended for projects where a high degree of confidentiality
and information containment is required and we are selected as the sole
source for the search. The fee is based on 25% of first year's expected cash
compensation and 1/3rd of that total is required to begin the search process
with the remaining 2/3rds due on candidate start date. Engagement
fee searches are given top priority status.
When we are not the
sole source and you are using a variety of candidate sourcing channels we
recommend working on a contingency basis where the fee is calculated at 30%
of the successful candidate's realistic expected cash compensation for the
first year. The fee is payable on candidate start date.
